Learning depends on being able (and willing) to try out something new, something that may feel awkward. For people to jump into that discomfort, they need to trust that it’s worth it. Whether I’m with 70 people or 7, my first priority is creating a welcoming environment that feels psychologically safe. By the time we start our learning together, I’m connecting and learning names to show all that I appreciate their presence. • ELEVATE your language.
You’ll explore what drives you, what blocks you, and how interactions with others support or undermine your sense of control. You’ll learn to communicate with yourself to develop an authentic, empowered inner narrative and how to translate your inner narrative for external conversations with others. Through novel group activities from dance, design, and improvisation to meditation and deep conversation, you’ll MOVE from feeling like your goals may be impossible to harnessing the power of feeling unstoppable.
You’ll gain clarity about who you are, who you can be, and a concrete plan to MOVE you there.

You and your team will draw scenario and technique cards to practice giving and receiving feedback. Get in-the-moment guidance on using effective wording and 3D Listening for moving through feedback conversations without friction.
Your Leadership Brand: Create the Career You Want
Our self-paced course helps you explore what you do as the impact you make and the value you bring to your organization. You’ll also learn how to articulate how you do what you in order to differentiate yourself from other leaders. You’ll put these two things together to create Your Leadership Brand statement. It’s a fun, easy way to engage in self-discovery and purposeful communication to create the career you want.
